Bihari Farms Pvt Ltd ke saath aapka vishwas aur kanooni samjhauta.
1. Eligibility (Yogyata)
Hamari website use karne ke liye aapki umar kam se kam 18 saal honi chahiye. Website ka upyog karke aap yeh confirm karte hain ki aap kanooni roop se contract karne ke layak hain.
2. User Account aur Security
Agar aap hamari site par account banate hain, toh username aur password ki secrecy maintain karna aapki zimmedari hai. Aapke account se hone wali har activity ke liye aap khud zimmedar honge.
3. Billing aur Information ki Sahi Jankari
Hum kisi bhi order ko reject karne ka adhikar rakhte hain. Aapko har purchase ke liye sahi, puri aur up-to-date jankari (Name, Email, Address) deni hogi taaki hum transactions sahi se kar sakein.
4. Cancellation & Booking Policy
- Farm Visits: Booking cancel karne par, agar 48 ghante pehle bataya gaya toh 50% refund milega. 24 ghante ke andar koi refund nahi hoga.
- Product Orders: Order place hone ke 1 ghante ke andar hi cancel kiya ja sakta hai. Ek baar khet se packing shuru hone par cancellation maanya nahi hoga.
5. Limitation of Liability (Zimmedari ki Seema)
Bihari Farms kisi bhi indirect, incidental, ya consequential nuksan ke liye zimmedar nahi hoga. Hamari max zimmedari sirf aapke dwara pay ki gayi order amount tak hi limited hogi.
6. Force Majeure (Prakritik Ghatnayein)
Baadh (Floods), Bhukamp (Earthquake), Mausam ki kharabi, ya kisi bhi aisi ghatna jo hamare control mein nahi hai, uski wajah se delivery ya service mein deri ke liye hum zimmedar nahi honge.
7. Service ki Samapti (Termination)
Hum bina kisi notice ke aapka website access block kar sakte hain agar aap hamari sharton ka ullanghan (violation) karte hain.
